- Kazuhiro Nakamura def. Dos Caras Jr. by unanimous decision
- Murilo "Ninja" Rua def. Alexander Otsuka by submission (side choke) 5:25 into R1. This fight was originally 3rd on the card, but early in the first round Ninja kneed Otsuka to the groin, shattering his cup and flooring him. Still unable to recover after a prolonged time-stop, the fight was pushed back until after the intermission.
- Yoshihisa Yamamoto def. Mark Kerr by ref stoppage (Kerr knocked himself out when taking Yamamoto down) 40 seconds into R1.
- Heath Herring def. Gan McGee by split decision.
- Mirko Filipovic def. Ron Waterman by KO 4:37 into R1
